    QUALITY ENGINEER:


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Technical Degree (Electrical Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing engineering)
    3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer
    Proven Experience using structured problem solving skills (Six Sigma, FMEA, Cause and Effect Analysis, 8-D Problem solving, Root cause problem solving.)
    Strong written and verbal communication skills (dealing with customers, employees, and suppliers). Writing skills used in writing procedures, letters to customers, and suppliers.
    Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and Access Database)
    Must have experience working in electrical/mechanical manufacturing environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
    Engineering Degree
    Oracle experience, and QCBD experience
    Product experience related to mechanical and electrical products.
    ISO experience
    Experience working with CAD systems, preferrably Solid Works

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
    Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
    Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current and process changes.
    Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
    Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.
    Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
    Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
    Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.
    Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.
    Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.

    MARKETING ANALYST:


    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
    B.S./B.A. preferrably in marketing
    2-3 years progressive marketing experience in industrial manufacturing environment producing discrete products; research capabilities a must
    Strong project management, business writing, and reporting skills
    Strong computer skills, including business intelligence and reporting software
    Effective time management, organizational, and leadership skills
    Ability to travel occasionally as required
    Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the organization
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Assists market research director in development of market research objectives to help the organization meet its strategic goals.
    Analyzes current research and statistical techniques, and evaluates the latest research developments to develop new market research methods.
    Establishes research method, such as survey, opinion poll, or questionnaire, and designs means for collecting data for each project.
    Develops and assists in conducting surveys and focus groups to analyze customer purchasing patterns, preferences, and organization's image and marketing effectiveness.
    Researches market conditions and conducts feasability studies to determine market demand for new and existing products and services.
    Gathers, analyzes, and compares competitor data and pricing to that of organization.
    Maintains market intelligence database and uses computer to examine, analyze, and compile statistical data.
    Prepares reports, including charts and graphs, and presents recommendations for action plans to management.
    Responsible for the product pricing for the products associated with all three Ramsey Industries Brands

    ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK:


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience working in accounts payable in manufacturing, preferrably in a fast paced, high volume type of setting.
    Able to work with others. This is a team environment.
    Strong Excel skills
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Strong attention to detail.
    Experience performing 3 way match for billing.

    QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
    Oracle Experience
    Manufacturing Experience


    SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER:


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    B.S. Mechanical Engineering
    Computer proficient using MS Office Products
    Computer proficient using SolidWorks modeling and drafting, including Auto Cad
    Computer proficient using Cosmos FEA
    Seven years minimum gear power transmission product design experience with spur , planetary, and worm gear arrangements
    Seven years experience with casting application and design (powdered metal, ductile iron)
    Seven years project management experience

    QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
    Five years experience with bearing application and specifications development
    Working knowledge of SAE J706
    Working knowledge of AGMA Standards
    Working knowledge of ANSI B30.5, B30.7
    Familiarity with EN standards applicable to winches
    Working knowledge of automotive DC systems
    Working knowledge of hydraulic system design and application

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Provides production support to the machining area and the assembly area
    Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications, and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape, and arrangement of parts
    Sketches rough layouts and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages, and location of product features
    Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements
    Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications
    Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems
    Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
    Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget
    Prepares interim and completion project reports
    Uses computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs



    SENIOR SUPPLY LEADER:


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    BS/BA Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance preferred
    BS/BA in other major acceptable with commensurate experience
    Associate Degree acceptable with strong proven track record
    Professional Certifications advantageous
    Deep knowledge of Supply Chain (sourcing & inventory management)
    Understanding of MRP systems
    Excellent analytical skills
    Well organized
    Highly disciplined
    Strong communicator ( written, verbal )
    Good business acumen
    Self-starter
    Team player
    Innovative thinker
    Strong negotiator
    5 to 7 years’ of progressively increasing experience in Sourcing, Inventory Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management
    Prior accountability for Operational Metrics and Performance
    Hands on Leader comfortable in both a Strategic as well as Operational role

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Tactical Sourcing Projects (i.e. cost red.)
    Supplier Quality and OTD Management

    Supplier Relationship Management
    Determine re-order methodology, KB qtys. and monitor reorder process
    Establish backup Suppliers
    Administer Supplier Contracts
    Establish Supplier Lead Times & Lot Sizes

    Process /approve ECN’s



    Welder:


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Must pass written weld test (blueprint reading) and 2G Bend test prior to employment.
    1-3 years of Mig and / or flux core welding experience prefereably in a manufacturing environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
    Robotic Welding experience (not required)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.
    Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.
    Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
    Sets up equipment and welds parts, using MIG welding equipment, plasma cutter, and cutting torch.
    Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
    Cleans and maintains own work area.
