CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:International Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager Welder See below for information on each job: INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER (Europe/Middle East/Africa):REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or 5 year of experience in technical sales Minimum of 3-5 years experience in international sales Experience working remote; self-starter; responsible Language skills; read, analyze, interpret, present, write Mathematical skills; business and technical Computer; MS Office, Internet, Adobe Go to Meeting, Skype, or webinar experience Selling skills; questioning, listening, overcoming objections, closing, problem solving, strategic planning Experience with multiple cultures required and Multi-lingual preferred Industrial Equipment or industrial machinery sales experience, preferrably in the truck / automotive equipment realm Sales experience in the towing & recovery, oil & gas, mining, or miltary industries ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Manage dealer coverage; fill coverage gaps; Train, lead and motivate Build a prospect database; profile fleets; develop strategic plans and earn their business Travel throughout the assigned region; mining for opportunities and responding appropriate solutions, quotes & demonstrations; sells value and closes sales Participates in spec writing to ensure our products qualify Stays current with the related technical challenges; trains others Forges relationships with business partners, customers & prospects REGIONAL SALES MANAGER(N. CENTRAL US TERRITORY):REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to travel 50-75% Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in technical sales Experience working remotely; self-starter; and responsible Language skills, able to read, write, analyze, interpret, and present Mathematical skills; business and technical Computer skills; MS office, internet, Adobe, and Skype Selling skills; able to question, listen, overcome objections, close, solve problems, and plan strategically QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Experience in our industry ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Prospecting; uses all the discovery tools, including but not limited to trade shows, directories, internet, networks; documents, qualifies and prioritizes. Value-Added selling; questioning, listening, presentation, handling objections, closing; knows the competition, builds and tailors winning arguments, sells solutions. Interpersonal; ability to connect quickly with strangers, earns and maintains confidence, identifies decision makers and influencers; understands the psychology of selling; controls emotions. Communication; clear concise, persuasive, tailored to the audience; provides quality input to leadership. Use of technology: above average proficiency with laptop and applications; uses powerpoint to present, Excel to warehouse data and support arguments, Word and Adobe for quality and secure documents; Internet for research. Time & territory management: organized, detail oriented, prioritizes opportunities, uses account classification, plans work and works plan, travels efficiently; timely reporting; identifies coverage gaps (geographical/industry/product) and effectively aligns with partners to close the gaps. Leadership: willing and able to lead the support team; locker-room leader; ramps up new dealers and existing dealers with new product by training and coaching. Self-starter; sense of urgency; seeks training and development opportunities; adaptable, dependable; takes initative, is innovative. Professionalism: has a passion for selling; image and quality conscious, high ethical standards, follows policies and procedures, focused, confident, gives and welcomes feedback, team player, supports the company goals, committed, results and profit oriented. Technical aptitude: understands how our products function, electrical & hydraulic systems; can assist customers with applications. Welder:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass written weld test (blueprint reading) and 2G Bend test prior to employment. 1-3 years of Mig and / or flux core welding experience prefereably in a manufacturing environment. QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Robotic Welding experience (not required) ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding. Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together. Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding. Sets up equipment and welds parts, using MIG welding equipment, plasma cutter, and cutting torch. Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. Cleans and maintains own work area.
